1. BURNEY is by far the best manager ever.

2. spoke to the manager at night on the 17th, he was very nice and apologized, offered us two free nights parking (valued at $35 a night!) i guess we were okay with this, until check out and we got out bill and charged for the entire 5 NIGHTS.

3. We did at the second request get to see the manager who was very professional and did wave our car parking charges, which are far too high $35+ tax per night, and took our complaint seriously.

6. The housekeeping manager was wonderful, but she must have a serious problem with her staff if they enter a room like that on a daily basis and ignore it.

The manager on duty was more than helpful and empathetic to my situation but couldn't check me in without an Id and credit card and since the reservation was soley under my name he allowed me to cancel the room and have my girl friend book directly and gave us the same rate that we had with priceline, even though they were sold out and could have rented my now cancelled room at a higher rate.

8. Good that the general manager (or day manager) understood the situation and promised me that they will pay me for the room I stay in other hotel.

9. On a positive note (which I know the manager will only respond to) the gentleman at the information desk (I spoke with him about car rentals in the area) was very polite and well spoken and pleasure to talk with.
