1. The decor was very art-deco meets modern and everyone from the front desk staff to the valet was very nice and super helpful.

3. They seemed to be always full of cars that were more or less parked there, rather than waiting for valet service, causing you to have to either park in a red zone or double park while waiting for the valet.

7. On one occasion we asked for the car and they completely forgot about it so we had to take a $20 cab ride to a business meeting, which we ended up being late to, when we were already paying $30 a day for the valet service.
