2. we stayed here as part of our honeymoon and really liked the hotel, unfortunately we could not be upgraded as the hotel was full but our room was fab anyway, really spacious, bathroom was small but fine,shower was good, and we found the staff to be very helpful.

5. our only few complaints was that the bathroom was a bit small, the sink was tiny and there was no counter space, i would have also liked a bathtub instead of just walk in shower but that wasn't too big of a deal, i was also bothered every time we walked to and from our room as there were brown stains on the carpet in the hallways that were not very attractive.

6. TV choice could have been broader; about 20 channels - no HBO, etc. Shower pressure could have been stronger (it's a 'rainforest' type which is not my favourite).

Just came back from San Francisco ,very nice stay at Hotel Frank but bathrooms very very small [well the ones in the king suite we stayed in were] cant even get your head over sink when cleaning teeth and no bath only shower,had to keep asking for more soap,toilet rolls etc and when we came back from a day out extra soap had been removed!some days no hand towels ,no extra pillows for sleeper sofa or blanket.
