4. The hotel itself is great, rooms were very different with black and white decor, bath robes and very nice complementary creams etc. We had connecting rooms which was great.

Just came back from San Francisco ,very nice stay at Hotel Frank but bathrooms very very small [well the ones in the king suite we stayed in were] cant even get your head over sink when cleaning teeth and no bath only shower,had to keep asking for more soap,toilet rolls etc and when we came back from a day out extra soap had been removed!some days no hand towels ,no extra pillows for sleeper sofa or blanket.
