7. The only disappointing thing was that after a 1:30 a.m. fire alarm (and evacuation), we were not offered anything in the way of an acknowledgement, apology, discount at breakfast or on a return trip.

8. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, be sure to phone hotel for prices as they will price match (plus more discount!) any other price you find on expedia etc..
