1. I was left so very disappointed by our stay here and would not recommend it to anyone as we receives no apology from the pretentious staff for any of our inconviences which also included water being turned off for work ongoing on the hotel two days running.

4. We tried not to let it impact on us to be honest and anyone elderly or with children I would not recommend it while the protests are being conducted.

5. Recommend also doing a hop-on, hop-off bus tour of the city too, you get to see a lot in a short space of time, especially if you are limited for time like we were.

Quite amusingly we overheard a lady asking for a taxi and the staff told her it would be easier if she walked to the end of the road and got one herself, that just apitimised the level of customer service you receive here, I emailed the hotel prior to setting off from the UK and asked if they could recommend the best transport from the airport to their hotel and they never replied.

9. This is a great hotel and I would recommend it to anyone however on our first day on our way to check in we were accosted by labour strikers.
