9. Tea and coffee was complimentary in the foyer in the morning but some of the pottles of milk were 'off' and when I told the receptionist he passed the buck to someone else who just said it shouldnt be off, as if I was making it up.

10. In the mornings, they put out complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, and even had some complimentary pastries on Thanksgiving morning--and the coffee/tea/pastries were actually really fresh which is rare when hotels do this type of thing.
