1. The rooms were really nice, very boutique feel to them and the staff were pleasant and friendly, Only a small hotel but nice, no breakfasts provided but not a problem as pllenty of eateries across the road.

2. Plenty of eateries in the neighbourhood and an excellent diner on the corner which did a fabulous breakfast there is a diner in the hotel however across the street is far better.

The hotel was in a good location,literally round the corner from the famous San Francisco trams to the pier,Macys and cheesecake factory were also two seconds walkIf you want a nice breakfast go to the diner just over the road on the corner of Post Street, we went a some funny times because we were still in the UK time zone.

5. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was nice and reasonably priced, and Max's for breakfast was good, but I'd probably go to Lefty O'Douls across the street next time.

6. Very generous servings of hot breakfasts with fruit & salad with conventional eggs, hashbrowns etc. Best coffe I've ever had in the US - they move people through so quickly that the coffe doesn't have time to stew in the pot.
