3. Staff so helpful and welcoming- I phoned and the staff member helped me with shuttle and then welcomed me so nicely at the hotel.

6. You also had to pay to use the computer in reception if you wanted to print out your boarding pass etc. We booked a shuttle back to the airport from the reception which was easy and cheaper than getting a taxi.
