1. I have stayed at a number of hotels, and based upon what I have observed the Baldwin Hotel has one of the better maid staffs.

5. And I had terrific service from everyone from the manager (who personally visited me when my room lock jammed to make sure I was happy with the replacement and wasn't too inconvenienced by now having two different room keys) right down to the room maids.
