1. Even if you choose to stay elsewhere, at the very least come have breakfast or lunch in the beautiful Garden Court and be sure to stop by the Pied Piper and view the Maxfield Parrish mural behind the bar.

8. One caveat though: The Palace dining venues are expensive and there are many other (I think better) food choices for everyday breakfast & lunch nearby which we took advantage of to conserve $.
