We waited 15 minutes for service in the bar to get a drink, our breakfast the next morning was a buffet - at $30 per person - and we didn't get any service until the END of our meal (no coffee, no juice, no nothing) - and the front desk staff is only efficient at checking you in and checking you out -- any concerns you have will be ignored.
