1. The bad points for me were that I could hear my neighbors through the walls ( hits might depend on the room and location of beds), wifi which is free is not dependable or usable in at least one wing of the hotel ( and I had to move rooms after a day to be able to work.

2. Overall, this is a comfortable high level hotel but there are better options with views, with a more convenient location , a little more personality and wifi that works better.

9. The only negatives would be the Wifi is not free (a definite must these days) and there is no parking (valet only and very expensive).

10. One MAJOR downside for me: you pay for wireless service in the room and cannot access the hotel computers without a credit card.
