3. Upon arrival the staff were excellent and they provided much better service than the Ritz Carlton locations in Singapore and Beijing (my most recent Ritz experiences).

8. The location is actually really convenient bring a few minutes from Chinatown and the cable cars down to the Embarcadero area etc. The service was very excellent, room very large and sure clean.
