1. The Ritz Carlton had a holiday weekday deal that was simply amazing- it was actually less expensive than our corporate rate at much lesser San Francisco hotels.

3. Room service was prompt and I know the hotel was very full, because the Olympic torch was coming to town and there were a great deal of people staying there from all over.

4. One day we used a rental car to travel to Saratoga for a concert and we arranged it through the hotel -they have a special deal with Hertz and they delivered the car to the hotel which was an added convenience.

8. Whenever I stayed at the Ritz, if it was for a business deal that needed to be kept discreet, I always had my clients check in with fake names to avoid having their names shouted for every passing journalist to hear and leak to the Wall Street Journal.
