1. Upon arrival the staff were excellent and they provided much better service than the Ritz Carlton locations in Singapore and Beijing (my most recent Ritz experiences).

9. We visited it on our Honeymoon and the reservations staff were very accommodating, arranging our wedding song to be playing on the CD when we first went into the room, they arranged the flowers we had as well and there were hand made chocolates and champagne.
