1. Room amenities are good, and what you would expect at a Ritz, good desk, good lighting, nice large bathroom with good storage and a calm but boring decor.

4. The bathroom amenities are exceptional, the lotion, qtips, cotton balls, mouth wash, etc. Very convenient location, plus if you are going somewhere close to the hotel they have a car service free, but make sure you tip the driver, they are super friendly.

10. City hotels are usually not as nice as hotels out of town, have smaller rooms and less amenities (pool etc.), which was true in this case.
