1. The loyalty programme is great and well worth signing up for, not least of all for the complimentary WiFi service.

We joined the loyalty program right before making reservation for the free wifi, and the free beverages left at our door every morning were also appreciated (one morning, orange juice from our order wasn't delivered, and upon us calling two full glasses of OJ were brought right away, a nice touch).

4. Free wifi and wired internet and 2 free pressed laundry per day if you become a Select Member, which are close to non-existent in most hotels of this class.
