6. Upon requesting the front desk personnel that it be repaired, and inquiring about the charge associated with such a repair, I was informed they'd be happy to do it at no charge, and would have it done within 30 minutes, as I was going to be heading back out for the day and needed that jacket.

7. The location is really good, quite, you can walk to Union Square, Columbus Street and the Italian quarter, etc. You get coffee for free until 11 am but THEY CHARGE QUITE A LOT FOR INTERNET.
