10. Major attractions are pretty close by: Ferry Building / Embarcadero is +/- 10 mins walking distance (great food / scenery), +/- 10 mins to BART/MUNI (public transport - handy if you need to go to SFO), +/- 10 mins to Chinatown, and +/- 10 mins to Museum of Modern Art.
