4. I promptly received a response from the hotel's general manager Carmen Serra and she apologized for the inconvenience the rental car company caused us,and refunded the rental car fee back to our credit cars.

But we were late to dinner and did not deal with it , but on the way back we ran into the manager at the front desk and decided to ask for a bigger room with a big tub/ separate shower etc. He said only the presidential suite was available which normally runs for $ 1200 or 1500 I don't remember ( tried to look on their website now but its not listed) ANYWAYS, he upgraded us for $300 extra per night ( we were paying $250 already for the regular suite ) so it came out to 550/per night.
