4. Check in was a breeze, although we were checked in online and were supposed to have the keys on the board waiting for us, but they were not, but that was not a big problem as the check in at the desk was fast.

9. I wanted so much to like this hotel, the staff was very friendly/accommodating, rooms were nice/clean, great rewards program (complimentary water on arrival, free water, instant check-in/out), however as other people have noted there are two issues for my poor rating.
