1. The clerk at first seemed unwilling to assist and basically told me to come back in 3 hours, however, after I explained that I was here on business and needed to change clothes and go to a meeting, he then upgraded me to an Executive Suite, which was very large and nicely decorated.

2. The room I stayed in was next to the Princess Diana Suite who actually stayed in that room and looking into the room while the staff was cleaning it was absolutely breathtaking with the view of Lake Michigan.
