7. I would have liked to have known that when I requested early check-in - just good info to be aware of, and in general, I felt that the hotel was very unresponsive to problems.

10. In the middle of summer we got a room for $99 and then when we arrived at about 2pm on the day of check-in we were given a free upgrade and ended up in a suite with two queen beds and two bathrooms, a sofa and armchairs and two tvs - it was HUGE.
