1. There were some long waits at reception during both check in and check out procedures as well as with a help request but overall its a good hotel and a great location if you want to be in the city.

7. Reception/check-in was fine, as was check out, and the staff helpful with maps, etc.We did a city tour with an ex-Chicago cop as a bus driver/tour guide, which was very entertaining.
