7. Those days were very nice, because the perks I received with that status were very nice (free breakfast at the Executive Lounge, free wi-fi, etc.)Through no fault of the Drake, I've had less travel in the past few years so now I'm only at the 'Silver' status.

9. While the buffet breakfast was nice in terms of quality and variety, the staff seemed a little on the tired, near surly side and seemed more interest in how much of a tip I left versus actually providing a nice service.
