1. Stores and restaurants abound but the hotel itself is a Chicago landmark and the view over the lake from our room was amazing.

2. The room I stayed in was next to the Princess Diana Suite who actually stayed in that room and looking into the room while the staff was cleaning it was absolutely breathtaking with the view of Lake Michigan.

4. nice lake view from large picture windows, the doormen are exceptionally nice every year, the concierge are always extrememly helpful with reservations and made some wonderful recommendations they are also pleasant to speak with, good pricepoint as far as the rooms, and the Palm Court for music in the evening on the weekends.
