7. If you want you car or to get something from your call while valet parked, you call a valet number on your room phone and they say they will have the car ready for you or the item you needed from it in about 15 minutes.

8. One tip if you plan on going:The address of the hotel is on Columbus Dr, but the entrance to the valet parking and drop off is on Illinois.
