4. Plus you get a complimentary breakfast with made to order omelette with all the fixings (bacon, pancakes etc.) For a downtown hotel this is great.

7. Or when the copy machine wasn't working (first of all they had a free copy machine in the business center!) and I needed some copies made (no, make that 60 copies of four pages, collated and stapled) and the front desk personnel did this for me themselves, and, again, all complimentary.

9. The business center is not huge but it does have four complimentary computers, a copy machine and printer (both complimentary) and is accessible 24 hours per day.

10. I recommend this hotel for its competitive rates (given each room is larger than the average downtown Chicago hotel room), the complimentary full breakfast, the central downtown location and the friendly staff (from the ground floor bellman to the lobby concierge and front desk staff).
