3. I recommend this hotel for its competitive rates (given each room is larger than the average downtown Chicago hotel room), the complimentary full breakfast, the central downtown location and the friendly staff (from the ground floor bellman to the lobby concierge and front desk staff).

5. Very good experience - the only reason we don't stay here more often is that it's not as close to Michigan Avenue as other hotels, and I can usually find a cheaper rate at other places.
