3. There is no doubt we stayed at a busy holiday period, when there were lots of families around, but we had a great time and would have no hesitate to recommend to family and friends to stay here.

8. I recommend this hotel for its competitive rates (given each room is larger than the average downtown Chicago hotel room), the complimentary full breakfast, the central downtown location and the friendly staff (from the ground floor bellman to the lobby concierge and front desk staff).
