4. The room was nice with partial views to the river, the staff were so very friendly and helpful, the restaurant next door fantastic, and the free morning Starbucks coffee in the lobby and evening wine bar were a treat.

9. I was within walking distance to a business south of the river that I had to be at for work, and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops (Magnificent Mile), etc. The only thing that could have made it better was a room with a better view.
