5. When we went to leave we had a flat tire and I ended up having to call AAA however, the valet at the garage tried to change it for me out of the kindness of his heart but he could not get it removed but I give him points for trying.

10. The Bell hops - valet service - house keeping are all so kind and genuine, i would have to say that they are alot more welcoming and friendly then the actual front desk personel.
