1. The room itself was a good size, with enough closet space, a well equipped bathroom, a nice size desk and chair, and an up-to-date tv (I didn't turn it on but it looked new).

There are a few glitches--the mattress depressions, ,the stains on the ottoman, the tear in the chair slipcover, front desk messages not always relayed to housekeeping staff, and the employees are never the same from visit to visit--but the housekeeping is excellent, our room (1418) is spacious and has a large closet, my husband thinks I look cute in the tiger-print robe, the TV is great, there's an iPod dock and plenty of hot water.

3. Their was not enough lighting (one small table lamp on the very small table/desk, on lamp on the nightstand, and a not-too-large overhead light in the entry hallway near the closet - no general lighting in the main area), and no light in the closet.
