There are a few glitches--the mattress depressions, ,the stains on the ottoman, the tear in the chair slipcover, front desk messages not always relayed to housekeeping staff, and the employees are never the same from visit to visit--but the housekeeping is excellent, our room (1418) is spacious and has a large closet, my husband thinks I look cute in the tiger-print robe, the TV is great, there's an iPod dock and plenty of hot water.

7. The rooms were really nice the housekeeping noticed we ate some rice krispy squares (wrappers in our garbage) and she dropped those off as well as a yogart my husband had eaten with a little note telling us to enjoy.
