6. Everything was excellent all the way around - from the decor, the impeccable maid service, friendly front desk staff (thanks, Mark!), delicious food in the restaurant, great downtown location to the goldfish friend to keep us company.

7. The room itself was good size for downtown Chicago and it included a 37' flat TV with decent (but not great) reception, a safe, Aveda bath products, free wi-fi (with free InTouch membership), and an exceptionally comfortably bed.
