1. When we arrived later to check in the gave us a complimentary upgrade to the penthouse suite from the queen sized room we booked which was an awesome treat for us.

2. My fiance and I went to NYC for a weekend trip and stayed at the Night hotel, upon check in this cute girl named Christine at the front desk was so welcoming and professional, they checked in our luggage, carried it up and amazing we got an upgrade to their penthouse suite.

8. We booked the Duplex Penthouse Suite with the previous General Manager and originally planned to stay for 11 nights but we extended our trip, and stayed for 16 nights instead.
