2. When we arrived later to check in the gave us a complimentary upgrade to the penthouse suite from the queen sized room we booked which was an awesome treat for us.

When we were checking out the front desk staff were really helpful with helping us check in on our flight and printing our ticket, Simon booked us a luxurious car to the airport we could not belive it!unfortunately i cannot remember everyones name but we met alot of the staff and they all were great.

10. I arrived earlier than 3pm to check in and the morning receptionist welcome us to the hotel and told us that our room was ready, I think her name was Marilyn, she was very nice and professional, explained to us about the breakfast, gave us vouchers and explain what the hotel has to offer.
