1. I had a great experience at the Hotel, Diana from the front desk was exceptionally attentive and helpful, when I let her know we were staying at the hotel for our 1st year wedding anniversary she was kind enough to send a bottle of champagne to our room free of charge, and was very nice about it, I think such commitment to guests vastly improves our experience as such.

2. We had lovely staying ther but when we came back home, I found out they charge my card for the three night that we staed on the hotel and agine they hold more than 2400AED for no resones and it is not solved yet.

3. What is perishable in there and why put a fridge in there if you then discourage people from using it either with the prices or threats of a charge.

7. Then wifi was not including and they charge you a whopping 10 dollars per night for the privilege of using their service, then they have sensors in the minibar which tells them how many times you have opened the fridge door and they charge you 30 bucks if you store your own items in there.
