2. we came at the very last minute and the night manager Robert nicely arranged our rooms and even gave us an emergency discount considering we are students and lost one of our luggages.

5. Cannot describe these people, I asked for ear plugs on the first night to deal with the a/c - ''we don't have any - there's nothing wrong with the air con' - the Manager later states we have a huge stockpile of ear plugs.

7. Having recently stayed at the excellent Night Hotel on West 45th New York City, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the general manager and his staff on an immaculate level of presentation, great service, friendly assistance and an overall wonderful experience.
