1. I arrived to DIRTY sheets, curtains that wouldn't close, no shower gel, no snacks at the mini bar, no complimentary bottled water, the bathroom tiles had grout all over them, chips in the furniture, patches of paint peeling from the walls, stains on the carpeting and scratches on the floor.

2. Upon check in, you get little cards with your name printed on them - for what purpose, I`m not sure - the staff warned us of the weight-sensored mini bar, told us about the complimentary continental breakfast and gave us our keys.

4. My ONLY complaints would be that there is no chocolate in the mini bar ( a very sensual food) and that even with the do not disturb sign up someone knocked on my door to restock the mini bar of something that was still available in my mini bar (diet coke and a can of pringles, there were still several left) and that I had to have a bit of a mini argument through the door with the person trying to restock even though I had with intent placed the do not disturb sign on my door.

5. Very pleasant staff on front desk, Dianne was charming, the room was ok, why charge so much for a mini bar though.
