1. There are numerous eateries, deli's and bars for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want to venture outside although given its sensational location the hotel was perfectly quiet; and this alongside the super comfortable bed and pillows and an awesome power shower made for a relaxing time when inside the hotel/ the room.

2. My husband wasn't a fan of the round bed - he's a little tall and his feet hung off the edge, but I found it just as comfortable as a standard king, soft linens and pillows.

7. Nice touches like a small box of chocolates in the room for arrival, nightly turn down service with chocolates on the pillow and a weather report for the next day, makes you feel very special.

9. Also, when they left some chocolates in our pillow (hersheys almond kisses) they somehow dropped 3 or 4 aluminum foil wrappers on their way out which resulted in us walking into our room and the first thing we saw was the litter on the floor.

10. Of the times I got through, i called for ice (which was never delivered), and once to find out what the monograms on the pillows stood for (he didn't know what i was talking about, then guessed 'just for decoration').
