1. They need to service their heating/ ac system so we would be able to get a good night's sleep, otherwise the rest of the stay was very pleasant.

10. The customer service was very accomodating, and I liked that they had a procedure for guests to securely leave bags either before check-in or after check-out so that we could go exploring the city without having to bring our luggage.
