1. The check in staff were very helpful and efficient, John and Massy (porter and security) were extremely good at check out time and made sure we got a taxi back to the airport.

5. The bell captain ran down the road to get us a cab on a freezing evening, check-in/check out was pleasant (no Priceline snarks), and everyone on the staff we encountered had a smile/friendly greeting.

9. The property was booked to its capacity but you would never know it as everyone is friendly, polite, and courteous from the moment you check in to check out.
