2. Quiet surroundings, very comfortable bed and large bathroom, very clean and well maintained by friendly housekeeping staff, courteous and friendly reception, From our front room on the 23rd floor, we could see the Hudson River and the great skyline of NYC.

7. Housekeeping did a very nice job, and usually didn't start their work until between 12-2pm, so you have enough time to sleep in and take a long shower before going out.

9. Our only beef was after a late night queuing to visit the Empire State Building, when we ideally would have liked a lie-in, Housekeeping decided to try and clean our room at 7:45.
