4. The Doubletree Times Square South was all of those good things, and the staff were delightfully welcoming with an early check-in too, with check-out as late as noon.

6. The customer service was very accomodating, and I liked that they had a procedure for guests to securely leave bags either before check-in or after check-out so that we could go exploring the city without having to bring our luggage.

7. So I had $1400 blocked on my card during all my stay in USA ( the total amount returned on my card 6 days later of the check-out).

8. I went to the reception to ask about the replacement on my card of the amount that they blocked ( despite of I had all the stay already payed!) and one of the incompetent staff members told me that it was impossible to do that until the check-out.

9. We wanted to wander around the city after our check-out time and the hotel happily and securely held onto our bags for free until we retrieved them later in the day.

10. In the lobby, additional staff to do anything from get you a cab/shuttle, direct you to the must see in the city, to storing your luggage into the hotel storage area after check-out if your flight is later in the day.
