5. As if this wasn't enough, I'm disturbed yet AGAIN at 11 am by ANOTHER staff about my checkout time, definitely a manager this time.

The only negative was on the last day of our stay we had checked our bags @ checkout & when we returned the individual who was to get our bags out of storage continued to talk to someone else - even after he had been asked to help us by 2 other staff members - then he could not locate our bags and took us to a back area where they were not.

7. The hotel gave us a very competitive rates for the extension period (which was five extra nights) and allowed us to give them very short notice of checkout (a couple of hours) when we finally got a flight.

8. That said - we were glad we went back there - they allowed us a late checkout (which turned out to be even later as we weren't aware the clocks had moved forward on the Sunday) - we even ended up back in the room we'd stayed in all week.

9. When I mentioned that to the staff at the front desk, they were kind enough to allow us to stay beyond the normal checkout.

10. Without any problems, my partner and I were able to get an early check-in and were also able to leave our bags with the bellboy the day of checkout so we were free to roam the city unencumbered.
