1. Staff were friendly and helpful, even when asking where nearby to park for cheaper (parking too pricey, use an NCP).

4. We asked the person at the front desk whether we could collect our car around 3pm, the answer was very assuring, but what he did not tell us, was that the parking charges is on a 24 hours basis, not per day basis.

7. If you have a vehicle maybe parking it in a safe place in either BK or Queens and taking the subway might be more cost effective.

8. On West 36th Street and the parking garage is literally 100 feet away if you drove that is.
