1. I am not saying this was a 'bad' hotel - I mean the location is very central to all the happenings of Times Square, Madison Square Garden and the rest of Midtown, but I feel like for the money, the management could spend a little more money on the small things, like updating the bathrooms and brightening up the paint to give the hotel a little more visual appeal that is expected with a mid-level hotel.
