1. The breakfast package provided adequate selection - scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon and pancakes plus baked goods and cereal but on the busy day service was sorely lacking.

2. We only ate/drank once in the hotel in the fabulous two times sq lounge- service was fab abnd friendly- embarrasingly we forget our hosts name- think it might have been Anne (one of the twins working there)- she was just great, helpful but not intrusive.

3. The lobby is a good space, with two limited service restaurant/bars at each end (R-lounge, Vivid) and a small lobby bar.

4. Service is fantastic in the R-lounge (I had Kelly for my server one night and she was good I almost ordered a Rueben flatbread pizza because she recommended it and I don't even like Rueben's).

6. i've stayed at the renaissance 57 and i think that hotel offers better service and is a bit more sleek to my liking, though their rooms are way smaller than this hotel.

7. The are literally dozens of fantastic restaurants, plays, etc. The property is very well maintained, with great amenities and fantastic service all across.
